The "new" New Roof

After months and months of ceiling leaks throughout the kitchen and bathroom it was time to call in some professionals.

Shoddy workmanship

Oh how I wish there were before and after pictures. You cannot imagine the difference between the "old" new roof and "new" new roof. No flashing, old scrap bits of lumber, nothing secured to anything, nothing done right. We now have a professional, beautiful, leak proof roof plus a $5,500.00 bill.

Gutters

They all fell off because they were attached to roof shingles with one inch rusty nails. Another $1,500.00!!! Again, I wish I had pictures but I was so disgusted and just didn't have the heart to take any.
