Iron Chest Mine Trail is another trail not suited for ATVs and SUVs. You need at least 33” tires and lockers both ends so again we had this 3 mile trail to ourselves. The first 1/2 mile is a tough boulder field then its a rocky climb to the 100 year old mine which is still in good shape due to being above 12,000 feet.
